Video Documentation

A vital part of the tenancy is a detailed video taken before each tenancy.  This documents the condition of the property when they move in.

Unless extenuating circumstances prevail, the TLC team completes the video before the tenant takes possession of the property.  When the tenant moves out of the property, these video’s and photos provide us a sound basis for the security deposit refund or claim.

Current pricing to place these video’s online for you to view are $35 for each video.  The charge is billed to the owner’s ledger.
