Vacancy Maintenance Program

This program includes sending a Service Tech to the property to perform:

  • Light Cleaning
  • Pick Up Newspapers
  • Change Air Fresheners
  • Remove Any Light Debris Or Weeds
  • Etc.

The cost is $25 per visit plus any materials used.

This service is provided automatically to every vacant property, however a property owner may “opt out” if they prefer to maintain a vacancy themselves.
