Management Fees 

  • Set Up Fee -  $150  (A $250 Value)
  • Management Fee – 10% of gross monthly rent or $100 minimum,
    (whichever is higher)
  • Leasing Fee –1 months Rent or $750 minimum,
    (whichever is higher)
  • Lease Renewal Fee – 2% of Annual Rent Amount 
  • Owners Maintenance Account Reserve - $500
