Annual Property Review (APR)

TLC maintains properties as part of their property management services.  This survey goes beyond overseeing normal maintenance.

A representative of TLC performs this review and the purpose is to check the property thoroughly each year in order to perform necessary or preventative maintenance.  Photos and/or videos of the property are made available for your review.

Cost includes:

  • Inspection Report
  • Replacement - AC Filters
  • Replacement - Smoke Alarm Batteries. 

Cost for this service is currently $145.
